Who We Are

Donald M. Goldberg

President and Founder

Donald Goldberg is President of the Climate Law & Policy Project, an organization he founded in 2007.  Previously, Mr. Goldberg headed the Climate Change Program at the Center for International Environmental Law, an organization he helped launch in 1989.  Mr. Goldberg is a past Chair of the ABA Climate Change, Sustainable Development, and Ecosystems Committee and an adjunct professor at American University’s Washington College of Law.  He graduated from Bard College with a BS in mathematics and completed two years of a PH.D. program in mathematics at Cornell University, before deciding to pursue a law degree.  Mr. Goldberg received his law degree from Georgetown University.
