Staff Attorney
Alyssa received her JD, as well as a certification of completion in Environmental and Natural Resources Law, from the University of Oregon School of Law. She also holds a BA in Development Studies from the University of California at Berkeley. During law school, Alyssa worked for the law firm of Leahy, Van Vactor & Cox, and clerked for the U.S. Department of Justice in the Law and Policy Section of the Environment and Natural Resources Division. In addition, she was an active member of the environmental law society Land Air Water, and a Fellow for the Global Environmental Democracy Project. Prior to law school, Alyssa worked as a research associate for the International Program of Earthjustice.
